ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE

Don't Miss The Boat!

The last thing you want, is to miss the boat! We STRONGLY RECOMMEND to everyone to arrive in Miami one day prior to departure. Not only will you make sure that the ship does not leave without you, but you also have a chance to explore the city. The place to be is Miami Beach. Spending a night there is never a waste of time! For some more ideas what to do in and around Miami, go to the Miami page on our website or visit the official website of the Greater Miami Visitors Bureau: www.miamiandbeaches.com

Boarding

Our sailing time is 5PM. Boarding will start at 12PM on Monday, December 3, 2012. Guests are requested to complete Online Check-in no later than 3 days prior to their cruise. If you do not complete Online Check-in 3 days prior, you will be required to complete this process at the pier at least two hours prior to the sailing time. Please note: All guests MUST be checked-in and onboard the ship no later than 90 minutes prior to the published sailing time or you will not be permitted to sail. In other words, you have to be on the ship by 3:30PM. Once more: The last thing you want, is to miss the boat!

Debarkation

Debarkation will start before 8AM on Friday, December 7, 2012. Since the ship will leave for another cruise the same day, the ship's crew is keen on getting everyone off the boat as early as possible in order to prepare it for the next cruise. Unfortunately you cannot sleep in that day. If scheduling flights from Miami International Airport for the day the ship returns, we recommend to do so after 12:30PM to allow enough time to get off the ship and pass through customs. If flying from Ft. Lauderdale International Airport please schedule flights after 1:30PM. This is our recommendation; please book your flights at your own risk!

Taxi Service

The taxi fare between Miami International Airport and the Port of Miami is currently a flat rate of $24 and between Miami International Airport and South Beach it is currently a flat rate of $32. For other destinations, the cab fare is $2.40 upon entering the taxi and $2.40 per mile thereafter. All taxi fares are plus gratuities. A little note for our International Guests: It is customary to pay the driver 15-20% gratuity on top of the cab fare. Taxi drivers don't make a lot of money, they actually really depend on the gratuities to make a living. All rates mentioned above are subject to change without notice at any time.
